Each individual who holds a Virginia CPA license shall notify the VBOA in writing within 30 calendar days of any change in name, postal and electronic addresses, and phone number where the licensee may be reached.

A name change may only be submitted with a Change of Contact Information Form. If a licensee legally changes their name, they must contact the VBOA within 30 days of that change.
