The VBOA office is open from 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday, with the exception of state holidays.
Update contact information
Licensees and firms must notify the VBOA, in writing, within 30 calendar days of any change in name, postal and electronic addresses, and phone number where the licensee or firm may be reached.
Licensees and firms
Login to update address, phone number and/or email address. A name change may only be submitted with a Change of Contact Information Form. If a licensee legally changes their name, they must contact the VBOA within 30 days of that change.
Exam candidates
Exam candidates can submit a Change of Contact Information Form to update name, address, phone number and/or email address. If a candidate only has an address change, that can be emailed to boa@boa.virginia.gov.
Request public records
