As an approved ethics course provider, I am responsible for the following for the purchasing organization:*

The purchased course will not be changed once it’s purchased. I understand it is my responsibility to ensure the course offered by the purchaser is the approved VBOA course.
The purchased course will not be offered later than January 31 for the previous calendar year.
I am responsible for ensuring that the purchaser is aware of their responsibility that all participants receive the appropriate documentation.
I agree to collect all evaluations from the purchasing organization.
I certify and understand the VBOA is not liable for any third party or licensing agreement I, as the provider, has with any other individual or entity.
I understand and have communicated to the purchaser that the VBOA may deny CPE credits if there is any deviation from the VBOA requirements.
