Coming soon

Starting July 15, 2017, the fees to take the CPA exam are increasing. The total fees per section will increase to $208.40, about $15 more than the previous fee per section.

The CPA fees are increasing due to COLA (cost of living adjustment) increases for Prometric and changes to the length of the exam.

The CPA exam is administered nationally by NASBA, the AICPA, and Prometric. The 2017 fee increase is in line with an update to the agreement between these organizations.

Refunds

Prior to taking a scheduled exam section(s), fees may be partially refunded under the following extreme circumstances: medical emergency of candidate or candidate’s immediate family, death in immediate family or military deployment. Documentation of such circumstances must be submitted with a written request to the VBOA within five days of the test date.
