Re-exam candidates

If you have previously received approval to take any section of the exam, sat for any section of the exam or received a payment coupon for any section of the exam you are considered a re-exam candidate (RE).

How to submit a payment coupon request:

1. Login with user ID and password.
2. Select “Apply for Re-exam” from the side navigation menu.
3. Follow the instructions on each screen.

Some important points to consider when re-applying:

• You will choose a test date with Prometric after you receive a Notice to Schedule (NTS) from NASBA.
• The board suspended the $20 fee associated with re-exam requests until at least March 31, 2024. 
• Any BEC NTS issued expired Dec. 15, 2023, the last day that section was offered. No BEC NTS can be extended beyond that date. It is not refundable or transferrable to another section.
